1/2 Avocado

50 grams OR 1 large leaf Green Kale

1 Celery Stick

1/2 Cucumber (peeled OR unpeeled)

1/2 Squeezed Fresh Lemon

A handful of Fresh Mint

1 Tablespoon Almond Butter

1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (can substitute for any other dairy-free milk)

(Optional)

Vanilla plant-based protein powder can be a great addition to make this smoothie a complete meal. If you ever wanna switch it up feel free to sub the mint for cinnamon or leave the almond butter out. Doing both tastes great with a light vanilla protein.

Smoothies can be pre-made and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours still remaining fresh. If you like to meal prep for the week simply pour into freezer-safe mason jars to store for up to 2 weeks. Move to the fridge the night before you plan on drinking.

Simply toss the ingredients into a blender and indulge, both delicious and healthy! This is an easy way to get your greens in for the day. Especially if you are someone like me always on the go which creates a challenge to sit down and eat them. This smoothie has been a game-changer! The healthy fats keep you full and focused through the day and the avocado gives the smoothie a nice creamy consistency.
