79th Street Packages

  • Tone is an open level class appropriate for all clientele. This class will fuse together contemporary style practice with traditional pilates to create a perfectly balanced foundational flow. Tone will help you learn the use of the equipment and important pilates principles that will help you move forward in your practice.

  • Core Sculpt Reformer is an entry level intermediate based class designed to take you to the next step in your practice. This class will combine foundational pilates exercises with more challenging contemporary choices. You will begin to make quicker transitions, use more challenging spring choices, and take advantage of leveling up in each exercise.

  • Core Burn is an intermediate level class that combines dynamic and contemporary pilates exercises. The class is designed to keep you working in neutral form to effectively strengthen your core and improve your balance. You will be guided through an effective flow that will help you establish your mind body connection and keep every muscle engaged.

  • The complete triple package. This is dynamic and contemporary intermediate style class that will combine the use of hand weights, resistance bands and other pilates props for a triple threat work out. This class is perfect for pilates enthusiasts who want more of a LIIT work out style class.

  • The ultimate challenge for your balance, strength, agility and coordination. This class will offer a variation of dynamic and contemporary exercises suitable for seasoned pilates goers using our tower. You will work on a stable surface using springs directly for an effective workout that will increase muscle endurance, pelvic and spine stability and flexibility. *Please note clients should be at least 5 minutes early to this class in order to help set up equipment, and will need a minute after class to put back equipment.

  • Cardio Jumpboard is a reformer based class that combines using the jump board to create a high intensity cardio field work out! We highly recommend being familiar with the reformer and pilates method before taking this class. Expect to curl, jump, pulse and plank in this class for a full body work out. Skip the treadmill and join us for an effective core strengthening pilates based cardio routine. . *Please note clients should be at least 5 minutes early to this class in order to help set up equipment, and will need a minute after class to put back equipment.

  • Advanced reformer is an invitation only class. This class is for serious pilates goers who want to explore more challenging exercises that require a deeper mind and body connection. This class will hammer in on paying attention to detail. Clients should have strong body awareness, need minimal to no modifications, be able to transition smoothly and have strong knowledge of the use of the equipment.
