Waitlist FAQs

  • How am I notified if I have been added to a class from the waitlist?

The waitlist allows clients to be automatically enrolled when someone who was signed up for a class has canceled their spot. When this happens, you will receive an automated email from us with the subject: “You're in! Confirmation”. This is your confirmation that you have been added to the class and the spot is being held for you. Additionally, the front desk can configure text message notifications as well for your convenience. Please see the front desk to be enrolled in text notifications.

  • What if I’m added last minute? (less than 24 hours notice.)

In the event that you were added with less than 24 hours notice before the class start time, you are not obligated to take the class. If you are being added, our studio will call/text/email you to ensure you are able to attend. Spots that open with less than 24 hours notice are given on a first come first serve basis.

  • What if I’m added in normal course? (greater than 24 hours notice)

If you are added in normal course with greater than 24 hours notice you are added to the class and the normal 24 hour cancellation policy applies.

  • How do I remove myself from the waitlist?

In the event that your schedule has changed and you can no longer take the class, kindly remove yourself from the waitlist by using the Momence app. This ensures that the next person on the waitlist is added.
