Steph loves sharing her passion for Pilates and helping others feel more connected with their minds and body. As a lifelong multi-sport athlete and college soccer player, Steph turned to pilates nearly 25 years ago as a practice for healing after a skiing accident along with years of wear and tear. She credits the classic pilates principles for allowing her to live an active adult life chalked full of tennis, paddle, pickle and golf. Steph received her BA in speech communications and physical education and as a jack of all trades master of none has lived nine lives. She began her certification with Core Burn pilates nearly two years ago and continues to grow and expand her teaching repertoire. When not teaching or making playlists for her pilates classes you will most likely find Steph on the golf course fine tuning her game with hopes to make the Sr LPGA tour or skiing on a mountain top with her husband and two teenage sons.
