STEFANIE PARADA

Stefanie has been a student of Pilates for over 15 years. With a background in Tennis and Dance, she has found Pilates to be the perfect mix of both strength and conditioning and fluid movement and grace. Though born and raised in Greenwich, Stefanie actually began her career as an instructor in Croatia. Being of Croatian descent she lived and worked in Croatia for many years, working mainly with students of Dance. Working as an instructor both locally and abroad has given Stefanie a vast amount of experience and has given her the opportunity to gain a wide range of clientele, consisting of professional athletes, dancers, rehabilitation patients as well as Pilates enthusiasts like herself! Stefanie is certified by the world renowned STOTT PILATES® method which integrates modern principles of exercise science and rehabilitation with the classical teachings of Joseph Pilates. In 2023, she attended the Kathi Ross Nash workshop, gaining expertise in Variations on the Reformer, Injuries & Applications, Killer Caddy, and Leg Stretches from the Ground Up, allowing her to offer tailored, safe, and dynamic workouts for clients of all levels. With an emphasis on proper form, Stefanie’s classes will take clients through a progressive journey in which they will gain a better understanding of how their bodies work; helping them become leaner, stronger and reap all the benefits Pilates has to offer. STOTT PILATES® Specializations include: Prenatal Pilates, Pilates for Spinal Injuries, Pilates for Knee Injuries, and Pilates for Shoulder Girdle Injuries.
