HILLARY KENNEDY

Hillary Kennedy is a certified Pilates instructor. She has been practicing and teaching Pilates for the last 20 years. Her certifications were earned through Power Pilates, NYC; Zayna Gold, Boston Body Pilates, a Balance Body accredited studio; Balance Body and Tamara Shelton, Master Instructor and owner at Core Burn.

Hillary’s love of the method started in 2004 after a very serious back injury. Once a dancer, and still an avid supporter of dance in all forms, Pilates just made sense as a way back from serious injury. Hillary also holds certifications in nutrition form Shaw Academy.

Hillary’s classes are athletic, technical and challenging with emphasis on proper alignment, breath control and flow as one exercise moves methodically into the next. Her fundamental belief that a good sense of humor does a body good, is reflected every time she teaches.
