ELIZABETH RIVIECCIO

As a massage therapist, Elizabeth instantly fell in love with Pilates and now is lucky enough to have built a career in both of her passions. She has a love for the human body + mind. How powerful they can be when we invest the time to practice teaching them to work together. She believes Pilates is more then a workout, that mind + body connection is real and Pilates allows you to see how when you bring them together, everything begins to naturally flow.

She is a true believer that the key to happiness is finding love in the little things. This applies to our bodies as well, the smaller muscles, the little corrections, the subtle, but powerful movements. If you want to see big change in how you feel, both mentally + physically, you have to find compassion and love for the little things. She will encourage you to work harder in a safe effective way.

Liz received her certification through Core Pilates for mat pilates in 2014. In 2016 she completed her training for Pilates reformer, barrel, Cadillac and chair.

As a graduate of the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences Liz has received rigorous training in anatomy and physiology, the musculoskeletal system, pathologies, and more. She has previously worked in physical therapists, pain management, and chiropractic settings as an aide and massage therapist.
