CHRISTINE GRETO

Christine has always been enthusiastic about health and wellness. She began with a certification in Yoga 12 years ago and started teaching right away. She then went on to study cooking and nutrition at the Natural Gourmet Institute in Manhattan. Christine has worked as a health food chef and fitness instructor for years and has always practiced and taught the importance of clean eating alongside mind and body exercise. In fact, being on her feet for long hours in a kitchen is what motivated her to try Pilates for the first time and of course, once she started she was hooked. She noticed a genuine change in her daily life and decided to take her knowledge to the next level by studying Pilates at Core Burn Pilates in Rye.  Christine is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and feeling good in their minds and bodies through movement and nutrition.
