Pilates Reformer Class

Here we use the reformer machine; a series of springs, pulleys and a moving carriage to enhance your pilates practice. While a little intimidating at first, our instructors will help you every step of the way until you love the reformers as much as we do. The reformers provide a great way to increase strength at your own level as you have complete control of the difficulty with your springs.

A mix of matwork with the added strength benefits of the spring resistance

Pilates Tower Class

Tower classes, like the Reformer use the core Pilates principles to enhance your workout. Using a Springboard, your mat remains stationary and you pull and push the springs from the wall. This class is a mix of matwork with the added strength benefits of the spring resistance.
